General information about tickets

Tickets will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. If the ticket does not appear within a couple of hours of the purchase, please remember to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact the ticket store you bought your ticket from.

Ticket types

Regular tickets (+18)

Grants access to festival grounds
Regular tickets do not include a festival wristband. Tickets will be scanned directly at the gates, and they allow entry to the festival area once per day.

PLUS tickets (+18)

Grants access to festival grounds
All PLUS tickets are exchanged for wristbands, with which you can leave and return to the festival area (excluding the last hour of the festival)

PRIORITY tickets (K-18)

A dedicated entrance lane at the festival gate for PRIORITY customers
A dedicated bar and toilet area in the PRIORITY area
PRIORITY tickets are exchanged for wristbands that allow you to leave and re-enter the festival area (except for the last hour of the festival)

VIP tickets (+18)

Own entrance lane at the festival gate for VIP customers
Cozy VIP area, with a view to the main stage
Access to the lower levels of the raised viewing platform
Separate bar and toilets at the VIP area
All VIP tickets are exchanged for wristbands, with which you can leave and return to the festival area (excluding the last hour of the festival)

DIAMOND tickets (+18)

Own entrance lane at the festival gate for DIAMOND customers
DIAMOND pass
A cozy and raised DIAMOND area, with a view to the main stage
Separate bar at the DIAMOND area
Includes all the benefits of a VIP ticket
All DIAMOND tickets are exchanged for wristbands, with which you can leave and return to the festival area (excluding the last hour of the festival)

Ticket upgrade

You can upgrade your ticket from one type to another by contacting the ticket store from which the tickets were purchased. You can also upgrade your ticket at the festival’s information desk. Tickets can only be upgraded to available ticket types.

Will the ticket prices increase?

Yes. There are a limited number of tickets on sale and ticket prices will increase closer to the event. We recommend buying tickets as soon as they are available, as the festival has sold out in previous years.

Ticket purchase conditions

Please make sure that you have chosen the right type of ticket when purchasing the ticket, Weekend Festival does not have the right to exchange or refund. The ticket is for Weekend Festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule times are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not a reason for ticket refunds. Weather conditions are not a reason for ticket refunds. The festival does not refund a festival ticket purchased for a minor.

Weekend Festival reserves the right, without refund of any part of the ticket purchase price, to remove customers from the area or deny access to the area, if the customers do not comply with the rules of the venue, local legislation, or if their actions are considered illegal or offensive by the festival management or the subcontractor responsible for security.

Customers will go through a security check when entering the event. The customer is responsible for personal injuries caused by themselves, or to others before, during or after the start of the festival in the festival area.

Resale of tickets or attempted resale for higher than the original ticket price is prohibited and will result in ticket cancellation without refund. Do not use tickets for advertising campaigns (e.g. contests and raffles) or for any other commercial purpose without Weekend Festival’s separate written permission. The ticket buyer accepts the possible use of pictures, videos or other audiovisual recordings taken by Weekend Festival in all post-marketing of the event.

Official ticket stores

We recommend that you buy your festival tickets only from Weekend Festival’s official ticket partners. Weekend Festival is not responsible for the functionality of resold tickets/wristbands or address changes. The resale of tickets is prohibited in the terms of delivery of both ticket sellers. We do not deal with potential problems with resold tickets or ticket scams. In cases of fraud, we ask you to contact the Police directly to report a crime.
