You should definitely plan to arrive early to be on the safe side. Please be prepared for delays if you choose to not obey all the festival signage and staff. It is going to be a massive party!
We offer Express line to our customers who come without any bags! Keep your eyes open for the signs!
You need to have your festival ticket, pass and wristband during the whole festival. You can show your ticket from your mobile phone or print it. Bar code must be readable at all times!
Please prepare to show your ID’s in the gates. (Acceptable ID’s: official identity document: driver’s license / ID card / passport.)
By purchasing a ticket to festival, you agree to submit to a body search, including emptying your bags and pockets and having all your items examined. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who refuses not to co-operate.
We have one main gate where is bunch of lines for people who bought the basic ticket. VIP, Priority and Express lines have their own entry. Choose your own:
✓ Vip -line is for customers who bought the VIP ticket. The ticket must be changed to wristband before entering the line.
✓ Priority -line is for customers who bought Priority ticket. The ticket must be changed to wristband before entering the line.
✓Express -line is for customers who bought the basic ticket BUT DO NOT HAVE any bags or extra wares with them. This line is also for disabled people to get faster and easier access to festival area.
Keep your hands free and enjoy dancing! There are cloakrooms and lockers available for a small fee. You can choose cloakroom near festival gates or you can leave your smaller items to the lockers inside the festival area.
Easiest way to arrive is by using public transportation. There are many public transportation options to use!
Public transportation from Helsinki Railway Station:
Metro: Take a line that’s last stop is either Mellunmäki or Vuosaari. Leave at the stop called “Kalasatama”. Approx time 6 min + walking time approx 9min.
Tram: Tram number 6, 6T and 8. Leave at the stop called “Paavalin kirkko”. Approx time 18min + walking time approx 14min.
Buss: Number 55. Leave at the stop called “Agroksenkuja”. Approx time 13min + walking time approx 9min.
Numbers 68, 71V, 75, 77, 718, 787A, 788. Leave at the stop called “Paavalin kirkko”. Approx time 11min + walking time approx 14min.

We don’t recommend to arrive by car because there are no parking spaces available in the area. But you can find Friend & Family Pick-up & Drop-off point. We recommend that for your safety please agree when you are going to meet your parents for pic-ups before you enter the festival area. Note to yourself that because there are numerous amount of people in the same area at the same time, connections will get down. We will update festival map later!


There is a first aid spot and touring first aid teams. If you’re in need of first aid or help of medical staff, go immediately to the first aid point or contact security officers wearing neon-yellow or neon-orange safety vests. If you need any counseling, please go to the INFO tent.
The safety services are provided by Total Sec. There are also supervising police patrols in and outside the festival area during the whole festival.
Remember to take care of your hearing. You can buy earplugs from WKND Store and from Info booth if needed.
✓ Own beverages or food (You can bring your own empty water bottle with you. You can fill it from the water tap. You can bring small snacks in sealed packages, for example: candy, cookies, fruits. No glass packages! But we have food bars with delicious meals!)
✓ Drugs (We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession!)
✓ For prescription drugs please bring the prescription / medical certificate
✓ Glass, cans, cups or coolers
✓ Shooting- and sharp weapons or any sort of equipment that could possibly be suited or intended for hurting someone

Weekend festival goal is to offer a pleasant and accessible event to all participants. The actual festival area is on a flat field of gravel and grass, part of the site has an uneven terrain but most of the area of the festival is easily accessible for wheelchairs.
There is a wheelchair podium near the Main Stage. The assistant to a disabled person can enter the event free of charge. There are many portable bathrooms with wheelchair access at the area.

All found items will be held at the festival on site INFO booth during the festival hours. After the festival all items will be sent to the Finnish Lost & Found Service.

There will be connection points in the area, but please note to yourself that because there are numerous amount of people in the same area at the same time, connections will get down.
There will be spots where you can charge your phone for extra payment. We do advise to fully charge your phone at home so that you will have the best time with your friends. You can bring your own extra power card with you.
Our recommended age to the festival is 15 years old. Younger than 15 years can join with parent’s approval or with a legal guardian. Age limit is 18+ to the alcohol area and to the Priority and VIP area. Photo ID (or driving-license / passport) is required when buying alcohol from definite dispensing areas.
