Where is Weekend Festival located?

The Weekend Festival takes place at Vermo Arena, Espoo. Located just at the border of Helsinki and Espoo and situated in a famous horse racing track venue. It is a great setting with plenty of nearby accommodation options, and is accessible from local train and tram stations just 10 minutes away from Helsinki city centre.

Public transportation

Vermo Arena can be easily reached by public transport from many directions. Buses and trains will bring you within walking distance of Vermo. You will need a HSL ticket for public transportation (AB zone ticket from Helsinki, BC zone ticket from other directions).

If you arrive at Weekend from outside the capital region, we recommend arriving by train.

  • Train A, E or U from the Helsinki Central railway station or Pasila station to Leppävaaran asema (AB zone ticket)

By Tram

  • Light rail line 15 from Itäkeskus to Vermo.
  • Light rail line 15 from Keilaniemi to Vermo.

By bus

  • Bus 200 from Helsinki Central Station to Leppävaaran asema (Route Elinelinaukio-Espoon keskus)
  • Bus 502 from Kallio to Leppävaaran asema (Route Karhupuisto-Leppävaaran asema)
  • Bus 202 from Leppävaara to Vermo (Route Helmipöllönmäki-Vermonniitty)
  • Bus 113 from Tapiola to Leppävaaran asema (Route Tapiola-Leppävaaran asema)
